Supporting schools in Bradford & Keighley for over 10 years
Training with CSPTSA provided me with the opportunity to experience teaching in brilliant schools with wonderful children! Training within Catholic Schools allowed me to feel part of the whole community and gave me exceptional support throughout the whole course. Whether you continue your journey after training with the CSPTSA or not, the support is continuous and I am able to ask for help to improve my career as a teacher when I need to. Thank you so much!

I cannot fault the support that I have received during my NQT year in the CSPTSA. They have always been there for advice or support and the training received was always very informative, useful and bespoke to my every need. The hard work, leadership and organisation from the partnership has been excellent and provided me with the confidence to make a positive change to children everyday. I would thoroughly recommend the CSPTSA, the spiritual family you get to join and the future they help provide for you.

Training as part of the CSPTSA gave me the opportunity to work and learn in excellent schools. The Catholic ethos within the schools was apparent through the children’s behaviour and the support of the staff, which helped me to reach my goals. The support was outstanding and continues into your NQT year and beyond as you flourish throughout your career and become part of your school’s community.

Training with CSPTSA has allowed me to experience teaching in amazing schools containing brilliant children. The support I received was outstanding and continuous. Working in a Catholic School provides an extremely supportive network within a family. The support continues from the CSPTSA as an NQT through into an RQT development programme. The CSPTSA give me support and allow me to ask for training in areas I feel I require to improve my career.

The training with the CSPTSA was supportive, flexible and ever-present. On completion of my course I was employed by a partnership school and I am now gaining further development on the RQT Programme, together with the other members of our original School Direct cohort.

Our schools have excellent transport links by rail or car. We border Leeds, North Yorkshire, Lancashire and Halifax and have a diverse and rewarding range of schools. We are a Catholic Partnership, but like lots of our children, parents and teachers, you do not have to be Catholic to be a part of what we do.
You will be immersed in school life straightaway, part of our family. You will receive bespoke on the job training from a mentor, overseen by our Lead Mentor. We provide much of the training in partnership with St Mary's Teaching School and Bishop Konstant Catholic Multi-Academy Trust meaning you will get to see life in schools across West Yorkshire.
